Bio

Nicholas joined EOS Capital in 2024, having more than 20 years of experience in various strategy and M&A positions in the Alpha Group, with the latest being Chief of Corporate Centre and Executive Committee Member. He was a member of the Board of Directors and Committees in Alpha Group subsidiaries and investee companies with extensive experience in complex M&A across asset classes, with strong strategic and analytical orientation. Nicholas also has a significant experience in equity raising and capital markets transactions, with more than €10bn raised since 2008 and a proven track record in building teams to support delivery of strategic goals.

Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
