Managing Partner, Member of the Investment Committee


Apostolos has more than 35 years of experience in executive positions in banking and private equity. He is the Managing Partner and the founder of EOS Capital Partners.

Prior to this role, he has served as a CEO and Deputy CEO of the National Bank of Greece, and as an Independent non-executive Vice Chairman of the BoD of Piraeus Bank.

He has also served as Head of Strategy and Business Development on the management team of the Geneva-based Latsis Group, and as a Chairman and Managing Director of Lamda Development.

During his long-term career Apostolos also served as executive Chairman of ETEVA, as Deputy Governor of National Mortgage Bank of Greece, as Deputy General Manager of ABN AMRO Bank, as Manager of Investment Banking at Hellenic Investment Bank and as Planning Executive at Mobil Oil Hellas.

Apostolos has long and successful Merger & Acquisitions and divestments experience in major deals, as he has participated in almost all major privatization deals in Greece from 1995 onwards – including more than 50 transactions in Greece and internationally.

Today he holds the positions of Vice Chairman of Gek Terna, Vice Chairman of Plaisio Computers, Vice Chairman of Hellenic Juices, Member of the BoD of Euroseas Ltd, Eurodry Ltd, Minerva SA Edible Oils and Food Enterprises, Eurocatering SA, ERGO Insurance Company, Chairman of the Liquidations Committee of PQH Single Special Liquidation S.A and member of the Marketing Commission of the Hellenic Olympic Committee.

He is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and holds an M.A. in Econometrics from the Saskatchewan University in Canada.
